Welcome to Skotz Brewery!

One day you might find yourself enjoying a beer, when all of the sudden you begin to have an opinion on the beer, beyond just enjoying it. You may even think to yourself, "I could probably do better."

At Skotz Brewery, we realized that we could not only make better beer, but we could have a lot of fun doing it. The trip to the brew store... the smell of the hops and grains that lingers in the kitchen for days... the smile of people trying your original beer for the first time... these are the ingredients of a Skotz Beer.

Along the way we've met new friends like Joey and Chuck, found enlightenment in atomic wings and created, perhaps, the worlds first beer eruption. Along with that, we've made some pretty good beer, too.

skotzbrewery.com 2.0 is fully functional!

I think... give it a spin, take it for a test drive and let me know if any of the tires fall off. The web site is now dynamic, which means that we can do a lot with it. Got any ideas? How about a way to rate beers on the beer page, then summarize the results for each? How about a way for people to cast votes for names of upcoming beers, or maybe write in their own? If you have any creative suggestions (within the realm of reality, ahem) go to the Skotz Brewery Forums and post them! We'd love to hear from you!
